Payment for SINGLE bookings are due same day as the visit is expected.
Payment for weekly or grouped bookings are due upon the last day of the booked dates.
A.A. Pet Care happily accepts Cash, PayPal, or Venmo!

Just wait a few, it will change!
With this said, we will do our absolute best to continue to provide timely visits during bad weather. However, please allow up to a 30 +/- minute grace period during these times. We promise to do our best to communicate any hiccups along our way!
We require cancelation a full 3 hours before your preferred time frame. (on bad weather days ONLY) otherwise the FULL visit amount for that day is still due.
Our time and safety are just as much of a priority as yours!

Cancelations have no fee if communicated within 24 hours prior your preferred time frame for the booked visit.
What happens if you forget to cancel or change your date, and Auntie shows up?
Up-to HALF of the total for that visit will still be due.
